For 30 years, Pacific Lifestyle Homes has helped homeowners throughout the Pacific Northwest find more than a place to live. We have helped them create a place to call home. Since 1996, our mission has been centered on Building Better Lives through thoughtfully designed homes, welcoming communities, and an exceptional new home experience.

What began in Vancouver, Washington, with just 20 homesites has grown into thousands of homes and more than 75 new home communities throughout Washington, Oregon, and Idaho. As we celebrate our 30th anniversary, we are proud to look back on the people, communities, and homes that have shaped Pacific Lifestyle Homes while looking forward to the next chapter of our story.

Pacific Lifestyle Homes was founded by Kevin Wann in 1996, but our roots in the real estate industry reach back even further. Over the decades, our company has grown alongside the communities we serve while remaining focused on creating high-quality homes designed around the lifestyles of today's homebuyers.

As an experienced Pacific Northwest home builder, we understand that where you live is just as important as the home itself.
