About the Owner

Founded by Kevin Wann in 1996, our history in the industry goes back to 1990 with his start in real estate brokerage business. In the decades that have followed, Kevin’s companies, Pacific Lifestyle Homes and Garrette Custom Homes have won many awards, including 2018’s Gold recipient of the National Housing Quality Award and the prestigious “Builder of the Year” award from the BIA of Clark County and numerous accolades for innovative floor plans and well-planned communities. His vision and heart for building community is seen and felt in each beautiful home we build.

Each new Pacific Lifestyle Homes’ home includes smart home technology to easily and efficiently automate and monitor your home. Our easy-to-operate smart control panel controls locks, cameras, thermostats, and security systems. Help keep loved ones safe by monitoring the comings and goings through door and window sensors, detecting suspicious activity, ensuring the doors are locked and the security system is turned on — all with the push of a button! Included in each Pacific Lifestyle home are a smart control panel and thermostat, video doorbell, in-wall smart switches, an Amazon Echo Spot and Dot, door sensors on all exterior doors, a motion detector, a wireless key ring remote, and a garage door sensor.

In addition, our 5,000 square foot Design Studio is one of the largest in the Portland-Metro area. The Design Studio is filled with the latest designer features from kitchen cabinets to luxury vinyl plank floors, to help you personalize your new home to your exact lifestyle and taste.

Today’s homebuyers inspire our community amenities. Whether you are all about an active lifestyle, a desire for nearby shopping, the need for excellent schools or access to the Pacific Northwest’s recreational opportunities, we have a community for you. That’s why we find locations to build near the best schools. Whenever possible, we try to locate neighborhoods near parks or other recreational venues. And we search tirelessly for new communities that are convenient to shopping and within a reasonable commute to employment opportunities, before we even consider building.

Local.

Pacific Lifestyle Homes is one of the most celebrated new home builders in the Pacific Northwest. The company began building in Vancouver, Washington in 1996 with just 20 home sites. Since then, we’ve built over 3,500 homes in more than 85 communities throughout the Portland and Vancouver metro areas.

We appreciate supporting our local community as well. Each year we select at least one home to be our Community Giving House. The proceeds from this home are donated to local charities such as Transitional Youth, The Children’s Justice Center, Innovative Services, The Children’s Center, St. Jude Children’s Hospital and Evergreen Habitat for Humanity. In 2019 we built our 11^th and 12^th Community Giving Home since the inception in 2014.
