1. Select Your Home

Finalize Home Plan and Site

Work with your new home sales consultant to choose the perfect home plan and homesite.

Structural Choices and Purchase agreement

Next, you’ll choose the main structural components or our new home – which must be identified early for permitting – and then sign the purchase agreement.

Loan Approval

After that, you’ll meet with one of our preferred lenders to put the financing together.

2. Design Your Home

Meet with Interior Designer

Our professional designers will help you select the colors and finishes that make the home uniquely yours.

Finalize Personal Choices

Next, we’ll lock in the structural & personal selections and prepare for the construction or your home.

Pre-Construction Meeting

Here you’ll meet with the construction supervisor and learn about the building process and timeline for your new home.

3. Build Your Home

Pour Foundation

Congratulations! With this step, your new home is now officially “Under Construction.”

Pre-Drywall Orientation

As the building continues, you are taken on a tour of the inner workings of your home. Bring a camera!

New Home Orientation

Once your home is finished, we’ll demonstrate how to care for it and how the warranty will protect your investment.

4. Live In Your Home

Closing

You’ll meet with your escrow officer to sign loan documents and transfer the home into your name. The loan is then funded, and the county records the title.

Final Sign Off

As the building continues, you are taken on a tour of the inner workings of your home. Bring a camera!

New Home Orientation

Once your home is finished, we’ll demonstrate how to care for it and how the warranty will protect your investment.

5. Care For Your Home

60-Day Check Up

Our customer care rep checks in with you to correct any warranty issues discovered after you moved in.

11-Month Final Review

A last check of the home will address small issues and educate you on the remainder of your home warranty.

10-Year Structural Warranty

The structure of your home is covered for 10 years – including the roof framing, foundation, beams, column, and more.
