At Pacific Lifestyle Homes, we pride ourselves in providing exceptional customer service. We offer a full year builder’s warranty on all workmanship and materials in your brand-new home. Also as a gift to you, the home is backed by a 2-10 warranty as well. This covers all electrical, plumbing and HVAC for 2 years and all structural components for 10 years. To find out more about what is covered and what isn’t, please refer to your homeowner’s manual and other documents you received when you picked up the keys to your brand-new home. If you have misplaced these documents, let us know and we can assist in getting you a new copy.
As discussed at your orientation and throughout the construction of your brand- new home, we offer two scheduled warranty appointments, the 60 day and 11-month. Pacific Lifestyle Homes will send you an email reminding you that one of these two appointments are coming up and remind you to send in a list of warranty items via our online form.
Warranty requests must be submitted in writing to the Customer Service Department in the form below.
