McKenzie Bonus

The McKenzie is a two to three-bedroom, two-bath home with 1910 square feet. The McKenzie Bonus, with its extra upstairs level is a two- to three-bedroom, 2-3 bathroom home with an office space and a total of 2437 square feet.

Both floor plans welcome you with attractive exteriors, which include a front porch and a covered back porch. As you enter into the foyer of each home you’ll find a hallway that leads to a second bedroom and bathroom, as well as the spacious laundry room. The McKenzie includes a hall closet, as well as a linen closet in the laundry. The McKenzie Bonus includes a linen closet in the hall and extra storage space off the laundry room.
