The Conifer conjures up images of charming cottages when first seen from the outside, with graceful porch entries and beautiful exterior details. Inside, especially with the Conifer Bonus floor plan, you’ll find much more room than you ever expected. With the addition of the Bonus, you get an extra story that can be used in a variety of ways, turning this home into a three- to five-bedroom home with two- to three-bathrooms, and a two- to three-car garage with a total of 2604 square feet.

You enter the home through the front door with transom and side windows into a convenient entryway. From here, you have immediate access to the den, which works as a great reading room, home office, or it can also be converted into a fourth bedroom. From the entry, you continue either directly into the heart of the home beneath a coffered ceiling hallway, or you can turn to the side where you’ll find a coat closet, linen closet, a full bathroom, and a second bedroom. Across from the bedroom is the staircase up to the second-floor bonus level.

In the bonus upper level of the home, you have a space that runs from the front of the home to the back. While not a complete second story, it provides more than enough space for a variety of layout options. One has a large bedroom in the back of the home with a spacious walk-in closet. The rest of the floor is left open as a bonus room, great for an exercise room, game room, or a variety of options. Another option for the upstairs space is to create a third and fourth bedroom at the front and the back of the home, with a loft area and optional full bathroom in between.

Back downstairs, if you follow the coffered ceiling hallway at the entrance, it will lead you directly to the great room, which has its own coffered ceiling to define the area and give it a beautiful sense of architectural style. The great room and kitchen feature an open-plan layout, while still having a sense of boundaries through both the coffered ceiling and the large kitchen island that helps to frame the kitchen space. The spacious kitchen includes a walk-in pantry and plenty of cupboards and cabinets for storage, and then extends into a nook that is perfect for dining. The nook can even be extended for a larger dining area or a combination of dining and entertainment.

Just off the great room is a barrel arch entry to the part of the home where you’ll find the master bedroom suite. Along with a large bedroom area, the suite includes a master bathroom with a soaking tub, separate shower, dual-sink vanity, a separate water closet, and a large walk-in closet. For added convenience, the laundry room is located off the master bedroom suite and has a door that connects to the garage.

The Conifer Bonus is a flexible home design with a great base design and multiple options to let home buyers add their own touch. Among some of the additional options available for this home design are:

  • Tray Ceiling in the Master Bedroom
  • Skylight in Master Bathroom
  • Gas Fireplace and Adjacent Built-Ins in Great Room
  • Sink and Cabinet in Laundry Room
  • Additional Windows Throughout the Home
  • Closets and Storage Areas in the Upstairs Bonus

The Conifer Bonus is a special home design that provides extra space that is both manageable and ideal for a variety of living arrangements. Contact Pacific Lifestyle Homes today to learn more about the Conifer and the Conifer Bonus to see which one is right for you.
