We’re excited to announce the Grand Opening of the Si Ellen Farms community of Vancouver WA new homes. It will take place October 28th, 2023, from 11 am to 3 pm at our brand new model home. It’s a great opportunity to explore our Deschutes floor plan, which is a single-story home with 1,814 square feet, with three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Why not make a day of it and visit some of the nearby parks after visiting our model home, so you can see just how great life can be in this attractive new community.

The nearby Tiger Tree Neighborhood Park, located right in Vancouver, is a six-acre park ideal for families and individuals. The park features an appealing array of playground equipment, as well as picnic tables, benches, and walking trails.

A 15-minute drive will get you to the Hockinson Meadows Community Park in the Greater Brush Prairie neighborhood. This 240-acre park is an ongoing development project, with more than 70 acres already finished.. You’ll find a wide selection of amenities to enjoy here, including playground equipment, benches, restrooms, picnic tables, and a picnic shelter that has covered seating for 50 people and can be reserved in advance. There’s also the 2.5-acre off-leash Kane Memorial Dog Park in memory of a police dog who died in the line of duty. The dog park is fully fenced, with two doubled-gated entrances accessible from the parking lots. The off-leash area features open and forested areas with generally flat terrain. Other features of the Hockinson Meadows park include baseball and T-ball fields, soccer fields, and a disc golf course.

Lacamas Lake Park, located just 20-miles east of downtown Vancouver, is full of outdoor activities on and off the water. Among the many activity options are walking, trail running, and mountain biking along more than 12 miles of meandering trails that take you through picturesque parts of the 312-acre park. You’ll see waterfalls, fields of camas lilies in the early spring, fascinating rock formations, as well as wildlife and birds such as osprey, bald eagles, and other native wildlife. There’s Lacamas Lake as well as Round Lake, which is a smaller body of water at the south end of the lake, which is stocked with bass, bluegill, and perch for fishing and is separated by a footbridge. Other water activities include kayaking and stand-up paddleboarding.
