Pacific Lifestyle Homes is named 14 of 100 Best Companies to Work For in 2018 by Seattle Business

Categories: News | Posted: July 13, 2018

Seattle Business magazine held it’s 100 Best Companies to Work For awards dinner at the Washington State Convention Center this June. These awards are based on thousands of confidential surveys completed by employees from companies large and small across Washington. These companies “set the standard for work environment, rewards & recognition, benefits, communications, responsibility & decision-making, executive leadership and more”.

Pacific Lifestyle Homes is excited to announce that we placed 14th for midsized businesses for the 2018 Washington’s 100 Best Companies to Work For list! We continually strive to provide our employees with an engaging and positive work environment and are honored that we have been able to accomplish that. Read about the 4 other companies in Clark County that also placed on the list here.

“We are really honored to be selected by Seattle Business magazine once again for this award,” said Pacific Lifestyle Homes President Kevin Wann. “As we have grown as a company, we have put more emphasis on company culture and we are really happy about the team we have and the culture that we have created.”

“There are a number of things that I enjoy about working at Pacific Lifestyle Homes,” said Josh Ciolac, Accounts Payable. “I can really feel the comradery and teamwork at play every day. Others are genuinely driven to do their best and work together to create the best experience for our customers. Humor abounds in the office. Everyone is very open to giving and receiving some good humor/jokes, and it makes the work environment very friendly and entertaining. One of the most important reasons, though, the core values really do hold true to the company. I can honestly say that PLH is the first company I have worked for which exemplifies their core values and where it is not simply rhetoric.”

Ferris Bueller’s Day Off 2018

Categories: News | Posted: April 30, 2018

We celebrated Ferris Bueller’s Day off on Friday! We spent the morning at McMenamin’s Kennedy School doing team bonding activities and ate a wonderful lunch, toured our newest Garrette Custom Home’s model home, then spent the afternoon bowling at Crosley’s. Owner, Kevin Wann, believes shutting down the office for a day for everyone to take a day off to bond with co-workers contributes to Pacific Lifestyle Home’s success.
