One of the most exciting times of building a new home on acreage is the onsite feasibility meeting. The new homeowners get to visualize their estate and help stake out the house in the exact location they desire. Are there privacy concerns? Views that need to be taken advantage of and utilized? Or will the location of the house work well with the shop they want to build 5 years from now? Will we be able to stay within the budget we discussed? These are common discussion items as we work through all of the details and questions that arise.
