The Oregonian featured an article in the Sunday Real Estate Section on Pacific Lifestyle Homes' Sospiri Plan.
There was a great article in the Sunday Oregonian real estate section discussing Pacific Lifestyle Homes’ Sospiri floorplan and the difference in sales price between the various PLH communities throughout the Portland metropolitan area. I would include a link, but the Oregonian’s staff reductions have hit thier IT department and it is not online. Here are some excerpts:
“The Sospiri is a European Style house plan the company introduced in 2006…..It has 3040 sq ft of living space with four bedrooms, 2.5 baths on two levels, and a two-car garage. A den is located in the formal entry, and the kitchen adjoins a dining room and great room to provide the communal feel that new homebuyers ahve demanding over the last 20 years.”
