The Building Industry Association (BIA) of Clark County , Washington, announced that Pacific Lifestyle Homes has been honored with two of the association’s Building Excellence Awards in two separate categories.
The first award was in the category of New Homes Under $300,000 and recognized the company’s “Melody” floor plan in the Meriwether neighborhood located in Woodland, Washington. The 2,707-square-foot, two-story plan was designed by the Myhre Group and features four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a loft area, and formal living and dining rooms. The home was honored for its smartly designed and efficient floor plan. The home has many quality upgraded finishes that are not typically included in a home priced at $254,900. Additionally, the home is located within a master planned community, which has become the trademark of Pacific Lifestyle Homes communities. The Meriwether neighborhood has a spacious community clubhouse, pool, dog park, and walking trails.
The second award, New Homes from $300,000 – $500,000, honored the Taverner Ridge neighborhood, located in Ridgefield, Washington. The home features the Pacific Lifestyle Homes “Vivace” floor plan, which includes a unique 2,834-square-foot layout. The floor plan was also designed by the Myhre Group and has four bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. Additionally, the home has a master bedroom on the main floor and a bonus room over the garage. The home was honored for its unique architectural design elements, low price point, and exclusive location next to the 289-acre Ridgefield National Wildlife Refuge.
