A coffered ceiling runs along the hallway that leads you into the heart of the home, but also diverts off to the side for the second bedroom with full bathroom, as well as the open den area, which can serve as a great home office or be converted to an additional bedroom. The entry hallway also features additional storage for your convenience.

At the end of the hallway, you reach the open-plan heart of the home with a spacious great room, with beautiful wood flooring, and the video shows the option of the fireplace with built-in shelving on the sides. You also get to see the wonderful windows that help fill the house with natural light. Next to the great room is the outstanding kitchen with plenty of counter space, including a dine-in island. Additionally, off the kitchen and great room is a dining area that looks out onto the back covered patio.

Finally, a short hallway off the kitchen leads you to the owner’s suite, complete with a spacious bedroom at the back of the home for additional privacy. The entrance to the ensuite bathroom can be left open or an optional barn door is an on-trend addition. The bathroom features a dual-sink vanity, separate toilet, a linen closet, and an optional skylight, and the bathroom leads to the large walk-in closet.
