As a home builder in Portland OR and surrounding areas, we work hard to make sure that every customer moves into a home they truly love. We also strive to make every part of the building process as easy and understandable as possible through clear communication. This effort is why we’re proud to be named the Builder of the Year by the Building Industry Association (BIA) of Clark County.

This is the third time we’ve received this important distinction and we still view it as a true honor to be recognized by such an important association. Each recognition shows that we’re on the right path to providing the excellence and service we believe all of our customers deserve. In recent years, we’ve also been selected by Professional Builder Magazine with its highest honor: the National Housing Quality Gold Award.

Since we started in 1996, we’ve built more than 3,000 homes throughout the greater Portland area. Our work never ends and we’ve recently opened a new model home at the new Cedar Heights community in Battle Ground.
