With Option Plan B, bedroom two still takes over the place of the parlor, but bedroom three also gains some extra square footage. In addition, this part of the home now features two bathrooms: one directly across the hall from the second bedroom, as usual, but this time bedroom three has its own en suite bathroom. This option works well for a household with multiple children, giving each more equal space to themselves.

As we return back to the entry hallway with the graceful coffered ceiling, this hallway will lead you directly into the heart of the home, passing through a barrel arch at the end as you enter the great room. This room also features a coffered ceiling for fantastic architectural style. Just to the side of the barrel arch is a mud room with access to the garage. The mud room also leads into the spacious laundry room that includes a linen closet for convenient storage.

Past the mud room, you find yourself in the generous kitchen with a large dual-sink island, extensive cabinetry and counter space and a walk-in pantry. The kitchen and the great room are open to each other and the kitchen also opens onto a nook with optional extension that is ideal for dining.

Meanwhile, on the other side of the great room, which sits in the center of the home, you’ll find an arched entrance into the master bedroom suite. Here, you’ll find yourself in a roomy, comfortable bedroom with an en suite bathroom that features an array of layout choices. Option B has the soaking tub and a mud-set shower, while Option C has the soaking tub and a larger mud-set shower.
