Homes in University Place WA at Summer Lane

Summer Lane, located in the ever-popular residential area, is one of the only new construction communities in University Place.  As a result, Pacific Lifestyle Homes is excited to be building its first community, Summer Lane, in the Puget Sound area. Focusing on quality over quantity, Summer Lane community is selling quickly and those interested can visit the model home that will give you a sense of just how spectacular this community will be.

Summer Lane is conveniently located near I-5 in University Place, Washington. With just 40 home sites ranging from 5,000 to 7,000 square feet, residents will be able to enjoy the tranquility and sense of community Summer Lane provides. Enjoy walking trails within the community while your children play at the park in the center of Summer Lane. There are numerous home plans from which to choose, including our spacious ramblers, master-on-the-main, as well as the traditional two-level home plans. The various home plans range from 1,700 – 2,900 square feet. Homes in this community start in the mid $500s, and every Pacific Lifestyle Home includes smart home technology.

Schools are always an important choice when choosing a new home. Fortunately, Summer Lane is served by the strong University Place School District, particularly Evergreen Primary School, Narrows View Intermediate School, Curtis Junior High School, and Curtis Senior High School. There’s also the Tacoma Community College nearby.

University Place may be primarily a residential area, but its proximity to Tacoma makes it easy to enjoy the smaller-town charm and bigger-city amenities. Still, University Place has plenty to enjoy right in town, especially those stunning sunsets along the shoreline. In fact, the parks and shorelines are hugely popular for walking and water access. Among the many great locations are China Lake Park, Homestead Park, Titlow Beach Park, and Paradise Pond Park, which is part of the Summer Lane community.

Other local attractions include popular restaurant chains, as well as some local favorites, such as Steamer’s, Gyro Zone, and Lefty’s Burger Shack. If you want to do your own cooking, University Place is home to Trader Joe’s, and Whole Foods, as well as standards like Safeway and Fred Meyer. To work off some of those great meals, there’s Planet Fitness, as well as Fircrest Golf Course and Chamber’s Bay Golf Course.

Don’t wait a moment longer. Summer Lane is the kind of community people would love to call home, but with only 40 homesites, you don’t want to be left behind. Make an appointment today to see the model home at Summer Lane and learn more about how you could have your own dream home in this outstanding community.
