The Umpqua has 3-4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and 2,127 square feet. Tthe Umpqua comes standard with a bonus room, and the primary bedroom on the first floor, and there are options such as an additional garage and shop space, and much more. Even the exterior of the home has six designs from which to choose, ranging from traditional to modern.

There’s a covered front porch and covered back patio with this floor plan, which add to its appeal. A light-filled entry welcomes you to the home and here you’ll find a half bath, a coat closet, and set off from the entry is a drop zone that connects to the garage. The entry hallway leads past the stairs to the second floor and takes you into the great room with its optional gas fireplace, perfect for cozy winter days. The main living area is primarily open plan, with the kitchen next to the great room, set apart with an attractive and spacious kitchen island. There’s also a walk-in pantry. Further down the kitchen, but set apart from the great room is the dining area, which leads out onto the covered patio. This creates an excellent space for summer entertaining.
