Inside, the Rogue is a two-story home with 2,725 square feet, three to five bedrooms, and 2.5 to three bathrooms. The standard plan has three bedrooms, with all three upstairs, including the owner’s suite, a spacious laundry room for convenience, and an open view down to the great floor below, giving the Rogue a feeling of light, airy grandness.

From the entry and past the den, you find yourself in the heart of the home. As you pass the stairs, you enter into the two-story great room with optional fireplace and built-ins. The open plan design has a spacious kitchen set off to one side, with a dining nook extension that gives the space a more defined feel, despite the overall open play layout. From the dining nook, you have access to the covered back patio, ideal for entertaining during the summer.

The Rogue is a pretty fantastic floor plan that can fit many people’s needs already. But we know that a home needs to be flexible and adaptable. For example, if you turn the great room into a regular single-story room, you can use the space upstairs for a bonus room, great for play, or you could turn it into an optional fourth bedroom with a closet, ideal if you frequently have guests or need another home office space that can double as a guest room when needed. Another option available in this home is to turn the downstairs den into a fifth bedroom with a full bathroom next to it, rather than the powder room. This can work out great for guests or even multi-generational living if you find yourself in that situation.

We offer architectural features, as well, such as a tray ceiling in the den and the owner’s bedroom, various door options, and in the kitchen, which already has a pantry as standard, the island can have a dine-in extension and there’s the option of a double oven.
