All of our homes start with standard floor plans that are thoughtfully designed, but we also offer various options, inside and out, that allow you to fine-tune your home to your personal lifestyle. For example, the Chehalis has four exterior options from modern to Craftsman to traditional, including an exterior that combines some of the best of each to create a stylish look.

Inside the Chehalis is a two-to-three bedroom design with two bathrooms and 1,482 square feet. This home is ideal for individuals, couples, and empty nesters, but still works comfortably for those with one or two children. The primary bedroom is a true retreat, with plenty of space, a spa-like bathroom, complete with optional skylight, and a huge walk-in closet. The second bedroom is just off the front entry via a niche opening for extra privacy. It also leads to the second full bathroom, as well as a spacious linen closet.

From the entry, which includes a built-in bench – a convenient and attractive feature – you are led through a long hallway with an included coffered ceiling, adding attractive architectural detailing. The kitchen leads to the dining area at the back of the home, where you’ll find large windows for great natural light, as well as sliding glass doors that lead out to the covered patio. Next to the kitchen and dining area you’ll find the great room with a coffered ceiling, optional gas fireplace, and more large windows.
