Recently sold and we should have a permit any day. We are building an Overture, same plan as the model home. Our home buyers are getting married in just 2 weeks. They are planning a honeymoon in September and can’t wait to move in to their fabulous new home when they return.

Garrette Custom Homes has just completed its latest feasibility study. This 5 acre piece in Clark County had a variety of things to assess: Power development, wetlands, septic installation, and road placement to name a few. The next step will be to pick the plan and meet with our interior designer to customize their new home.
